The Ranch

Home, not a holding pen.

Built to save more lives — on 5+ acres of Desert Hills.

The Ranch

A dream, a vision, a reality

A place where dogs feel home.

In 2018, a previous adopter gave us an extraordinary gift: five-plus acres of land, a modular home, and startup funding. That gift became the foundation of The Ranch — the place where Saving Paws would grow beyond what a volunteer network alone could do.

Many of our dogs have never had a place to call home. We built The Ranch so that every dog — adopted quickly or staying forever — experiences that feeling for as long as they’re with us.

What makes The Ranch different

Spacious enclosures

Long-term dogs get full kennels plus personal outdoor space. Room to breathe, stretch, and be a dog.

Volunteer yards

Multiple yards and exercise areas so volunteers can spread out and spend 1:1 time with each dog.

Cost-efficient design

Every design choice optimized for operating cost. Less spent on utilities equals more spent on the dogs.

Help us keep The Ranch going.

Every donation helps cover vet care, food, and the facility upkeep that makes saving more lives possible.
